The Daily Practice

Our daily practice is what we do to maintain our movement hygiene. From breathwork to CARs and stretching; these short follow along guides will help promote the health and longevity of our movement and our body.

  • Daily Practice 28th September

    A couple of rounds of breathwork and some CARs for the main/big joints to keep your body and movement buttery!
    Equipment:
    yoga block

  • Daily Practice 5th October

    A full body CARs session from the ground.
    No equipment needed.

  • Daily Practice 12th October

    This daily practice involves some breathwork to get the ribs moving and improve pelvis positioning followed by CARs for the big three: shoulders, hips and spine.

    Equipment:
    A Yoga Block.

  • Daily Practice 19th October

    A breathwork and CARs routine that utilises the floor and wall to get the body prepped; the perfect way to start the day.

    Equipment:
    Wall Space.
    Yoga Block.
    Rolled Up Socks.

  • Daily Practice 26th October

    A lower tempo full body CARs sequence all done from the ground with a little bit of breath work. Perfect for low energy mornings or for before bed.

    A Pillow.

    Breathwork and CARs from a standing position to get yourself moving in the morning while your brew is brewing. Also great if you need a break from being at your desk for long periods.

  • Daily Practice 15th March

    A routine focused on expanding the posterior hip capsule, so all the connective tissue around the back of the hip, as well as the more superficial stuff, namely the glutes. We also work on expanding the back ribs and of course get some CARs in for the more major joints.
