    Moving all the joints in our body through their full range of motion daily is vital for maintaining joint and movement health. But if you're busy, it can be hard to find the time. That's why we created this fully body express CARs routine; at least one rep of each joint in under 8 minutes. If you're not super familiar with CARs, this might not be the place to start as we transition quickly but otherwise, get after it! No excuses!
