Our daily practice is what we do to maintain our movement hygiene. From breathwork to CARs and stretching; these short follow along guides will help promote the health and longevity of our movement and our body.

    A Daily Practice that is focused on improving rib cage mechanics and spinal rotation whilst helping the neck to relax.

    EQUIPMENT:
    A Chair/ Stool (or something similar)
    A Yoga Block

    Some Wall Space to stand next to.
