In the Daily Practice we take a more focused look at addressing an Anterior Pelvic Tilt (APT). An APT isn't issue unless we can't get out of it. If we're stuck there. then our ability to exhale becomes compromised which then leads to pressure management issues. So we work through some breathing techniques and simple exercises that allow the chronically tight muscles to relax and build more sense of those muscles that will help us to live in a more neutral position.

A Mat
A Yoga Block
A Foam Roller or Pilates Ball (if you have one)
