Rolling on the ground is a great way to introduce and quickly progress rotational training. People that roll well on the ground rotate better when then on their feet. Rotating well improves everything from producing and transmitting power through the body, to simply walking less like a fridge freezer with legs. Rolling on the ground is also a lot of fun. Everybody loves fun. That's science.
