Shoulders. Useful for showing indifference and quite helpful for a few other things too. The muscles that cap the shoulder joint are referred to as the deltoids. They have 3 heads (or parts) anterior, medial and posterior. This class will look at each of their function, show you how best to train them and also give you a good old pump whilst you learn. Brain gains and arm gains, what more could you ask for. 🧠💪
EQUIPMENT:
A Mat
2 x Yoga Blocks
Some Wall Space
Some Dumbbells or Small Weights (optional)
A Light Exercise Band (optional)
