In this class we address the ankle, foot and toes. Ankles can be stubborn, toes are often over looked. Your sense of the ground starts at the feet. This session we combine a 'ground up' strategy within the RESET framework, leaving you with no doubt where the ground is and and how to use it to your advantage.
