Intro To Kettlebells
Have you ever looked at Kettlebell training on socials and thought ‘that looks cool but it’s too advanced for me’? Well this 8 week course is for you. We’re going to learn all the core movements including swings, presses, pulls, cleans and get up’s but importantly without losing site of the fact that the left and right side of our bodies are not the same or sacrificing our postural goals. We will cover exercises in detail, learn how to regress or progress them according to our needs and build a solid foundation of movement competency in a fantastic modality that can be hugely beneficial when done well. You can expect to feel confident lifting, swinging and handling kettlebells in both a controlled and dynamic way by the time we’re done.
