To round out the course, we review all of the foundational pieces of kettlebell training and revisit all of the different exercises we've learnt, highlighting some of the key ideas that are found across all of them. Then we'll finish the course with a solid workout utilising all of our newly developed knowledge and skills, creating a full body workout you can continue to use in the coming months.
EQUIPMENT:
- Kettlebells light, moderate and heavy options.
- A mat.
- A hardback book.
- A pilates ball, foam roller (or similar).
- Some wall space.
