As we become more confident in the swing we can start to look to use this exercise to develop more athleticism and power. We're also going to begin to increase our time under-tension with this movement, challenging us to become efficent with our effort. We also progress the Get Up one step further this week. Now we know how to roll out of the supine position, we work on creating a strong bridge. An essential moment in the full movement that facilitates us eventually standing up.
EQUIPMENT:
- Kettlebells light and moderate options.
- A mat.
- A exercise band.
- An anchor point (optional).
- A pilates ball, foam roller (or similar).
- Some wall space.
