Use this video if you would like to keep practicing the final flow of week 7. It's a great way to learn the choreography. Then if you'd like to progress it one step further you can move away from using the video and try to remember the routine without the guidance. This in turn offers you a chance to link the movements more fluidly so you're not having to wait for the call outs.
EQUIPMENT:
All you need is some floor space, ideally at least 2 metres by 2 metres but smaller spaces can work.
