The final session introduces the concept of rhythm to our movements and flow. Using a click track we'll play around with trying to coordinate both our movements and the timing for additional complexity both physically and cognatively. Of course, as always, we'll finish the session with our final flow of the course. A chance to put all we've learnt and developed over the past 8 weeks into practice.
EQUIPMENT:
All you need is some floor space, approximately 2 metres by 2 metres would be ideal but smaller spaces can work.
