In this class we focused on some of the peripheral joints that often get overlooked. We spent some time on our knees and then moved on to some ankle and wrist work.
Equipment:
Yoga Block x 2 (or stack of books).
Cushion.
Elevated Surface.
Light Weight (water bottle or 0.5-1.5kg DB).
