Whether you get pain putting your jacket on, you like to hit the bench press in the gym or you want to improve your forehand smash in tennis, the ability to horizontally abduct your shoulder (take your arm out to the side) is going to be important. This is an often over looked and misunderstood movement with "tight pecs" generally getting the blame. We're gonna dive deep on it whilst we build and train this range of motion.
