Today's Focus:
Competent single leg work requires the ability to get your weight and effort truly into one side of your body. In this class we take a deep dive into lunges and split squats. With plenty of breathwork to facilitate a better positoin and technqiues to help understand which muscles shift us from side to side. Then of course we'll finish with a bit of strengthen in these two fundamental patterns.
EQUIPMENT:
A Mat
A Yoga Block
A Foam Roller (or similar)
A Pillow (or similar)
