Full Body. This session is all about exploring. Exploring what positions we can get into using a technique called Isometric Movement Pathways. The session will flow from one base position to the next but we'll be taking our time to do some work in each. This will be a top to toe workout that will leaving you feeling more connected and more in control of your body. You can probably expect to be feeling a bit sweaty after too.
