A lot of people complain about having a tight thoracic or mid-spine or needing more thoracic rotation. In actual fact, most people just need a better ability to get airflow through their body and manage air pressure. In this class, we do just that. Combined with some dynamic movement (and hard work), you'll finish class with an un-stuck mid spine!
