If you've been on the membership for a while you'll already know solving knee issues is often more to do with addressing movement at the ribs, pelvis and feet. However that doesn't mean we can't relieve some symptoms by building strength and mobility in the knee joint. This class will do just that by guiding you through some rotation work for the knees and then strengthening those tissues surrounding the joint. By the end your knees will be feeling a lot less needy! 💪
EQUIPMENT:
A Mat
2 x Yoga Blocks
A Pillow
A Strap, Belt or Tie
A Chair or Wall Space (for stability)
