We’re continuing our work on the Windmill’s this week. We’ll begin loading the position from above, the final piece in the puzzle for this exercise. We’ll also continue developing our skill around the transition from hand to hand for our Single Arm Swings. To help do this we’ll work on some free hand drills to assist with our position and timing prior to the transition happening. Again we’ll finish off with a workout covering all of the exercises we’ve learnt so far.
EQUIPMENT:
- Kettlebells light and moderate options.
- A mat.
- A exercise band.
- An anchor point (optional).
- A pilates ball, foam roller (or similar).
- Some wall space.
