The core series of our Bitesized classes is aimed at refining the basics of core training so you can practice and eventually progress through them building both your understanding and practical application. In this first episode we use a quick assessment to see how well we're currently managing pressure when loading the core and then work through a couple of exercises to help improve that situation. Total time required is 15 minutes.
EQUIPMENT:
- A Mat.
- A Box, Stool or Chair.
- A Big Towel (for the neck).
- A Small Towel (for the sacrum).
- A Pilates Ball (or similar) to between the knees.
