In episode 1 we spent some time learning how to manage the pressure in our abdominal cavity whilst we load or move. We assessed to see if we had a tendancy to become dominant with the six pack muscle and how we can better involve other muscles if we are. Now we've had 3 week's to practice those techniques whilst building some strength and control there we're going to progress the complexity and intensity a little.
EQUIPMENT:
- A Mat.
- A Big Towel (for the neck).
- A Small Towel (for the sacrum).
- A Pilates Ball (or similar) to between the knees.
- A Hardback Book (or similar).
