In this class we took a deep dive into some hip specific work. We focused on finding hip external rotation in abduction and flexion (so lengthening the back side of the hip) with options to focus on flexibility (increasing range of motion) OR on strengthening and controlling the range of motion you already have. Then we finished up with some transitions from the bearsit base position working on control and capacity of the hip throughout.
