Whether you're running a marathon, climbing a mountain or simply work a job that has you on the go all day, the feet are essential bits of kit. They are likely to be the only thing in contact with the ground through any of those or most other activities. Therefore they need to both provide lots of information back up up to the brain and nervous system and also have the capacity to handle the load being put through them. So this class will focus on improving our ability to ground through the feet as well as getting them strong enough to handle whatever you may want to put them through.
