In this class we focus on the parts that make up the beloved/dreaded crossfit/gym exercise: the thruster (a deep squat immediately followed by an overhead press). But, we do so much more than that as well. By the end of this class you will have a great sense of what it means to get your centre of mass backwards and why it's important, better hip, pelvis and shoulder mobility and probably some achey (in a good way) glutes too.

book (big enough to fit your whole foot or 2x book of equal thickness)
