Forearms. We don't need to have a set like Popeye but we do need to have the ability to move the joints above and below them, grip with them and handle some load through them. This class focuses on a couple of ranges that many struggle with, that being elbow pronation and wrist extension. We expand, control and then create some capacity through loading at the end. Although you won't look like, you may feel like you have forearms like Popeye by the end! 💪
