A lot of us are walking around with cranky knees. But often times, there is no real issue with the knee itself and more an issue of how we manage our weight and posture. If our centre of mass is forward, our knees have to work very hard to stop us falling forward. Until we sort this, all our knee and hamstring work won't be as effective. This class does all of that; manages our centre of mass and then works on being able to use the muscles that support the knees better in this new pattern. Your cranky knees will appreciate you if you take this class!
