Turkish Get Ups. It's up for discussion just how delightful they are but there's certainly not much need for discussion on how functional they are. If you want an exercise that simultaneously works reaching/pushing, flexion/extension, left/right, upper/lower and much more, you don't need to look much further than the Turkish Get Up. In this class we dive deep on how to improve the various mechanics of the exercise and get a tough workout whilst we do. Yet more brain and body gains! 🤓🧠💪
EQUIPMENT:
A Mat
A Small Yoga Block or Hard Back Book (optional)
A Pilates Ball or Yoga Block (optional)
A Booty Band (optional)
A Kettlebell, Dumbbell or Similar (optional)
