Our St. Patrick's Day themed class called "proud to knee irish"; no prizes for guessing what the focus of this class is!!!
We hit some knee rotation to start; be patient with this guys as you don't always feel a whole lot happening in the beginning but is soooo important to help those medial, lateral, anterior ligaments get strong! And you will notice the buttery goodness after! Then we hit some knee flexion work with a nice sustained quad stretch followed by some hard PAILsRAILs and PRHs. And finishing with a reverse nordic kinetic stretch where you actually get to use your knee stuff!!

Knee internal rotation PAILsRAILs: 12 - 23 mins
Resisted knee capsular CARs: 23 - 28 mins
Knee flexion PAILsRAILs and PRHs: 28 - 43 mins
Reverse nordic kinetic stretch: 43 - 49 mins
