It's my last TBS class and we're turning our attention toward the side and lower abs. This is the perfect class for you if you rely heavily on the upper abs and you notice that you're pushing pressure down into the lower abdomen. We will start with a wind down routine and then use the breath to lay the foundation for properly functioning abs. The ultimate test for our abs is always: can we stay connected to them on all fours and in standing. Expect a slow build with a hopefully long lasting effect.
Equipment:
- A mat.
- Some wall space.
- A foam roller.
- A pillow.
- A chair.
- Two yoga blocks.
- A broomstick.
- A book.
- A swiss ball (if you own one, it can be used in this class).
- Supportive shoes (optional but recommended).
- A straw or balloon (optional but recommended).
