Want to jump higher, run faster or just not have knee pain? Well this final live class of 2021 might just be for you. The space between our knee and the ground is pretty important for most athletic activities. It also plays a huge part in keeping ours knees, feet and ankles pain free. In this class we're going to get after those tissues that help us to both absorb and generate force in the lower leg.
