In this class we focused on shoulder external rotation and elbow supination: two key components of supinated pull ups. Often, we get pain at joints such as our elbows or wrists because we don't have enough movement capacity at joints further up the chain (such as the rib cage and shoulder). This class was designed to help understand how these things connect together and at the same time improve some of the components necessary for a supinated pull up. We finished class by strengthening shoulder ER through some modified "bicep curls" and "pull ups"; prepare to burn!!
