Hips that are clunky, stiff, pinchy and tight are quite simply the worst. Even if this isn't your experience quality hip work is never wasted effort. Today we'll spend time on deep tissue work, followed by positional drills that tie in both the ribcage and lower limbs. This is all to say your hips will be sliding and gliding better than ever when we're done.
