A often over looked and under trained area of the shoulder is adduction, the ability to move the arm towards the midline of the body. This can lead to tight and weak anterior muscles such as the chest and the front of the shoulder.
A complimentary movement of adduction is internal rotation. So in this session we work through a capacity building session for both of those ranges.

Wall Space
Yoga Block
Tennis Balls (or rolled up pair of socks)
Small Weight (max 1-2 kgs) (water bottle, tin of food also works)
