The arms need to be able to move back behind us. Whether you're talking about actions such as running, jumping or throwing or exercises such as bench press, press ups or dips. Their ability to do this is dependant on a dynamic and freely moving ribcage. So in this session we are going to look to improve the ability for the rib cage to move more freely and then build capacity in the end ranges of our Shoulder Extension.
