We finish strong in week 8! We slowly warm up with our crossover reaching and hip shifting. We get our heart rate up and our brains firing with our plyometric work and propuslion drills. We then bring back our single leg hinges from the beginning of the course & try to build some volume in our hamstring curl push ups. We finish with bicep and tricep work from week 6.

-Wallspace
- Small ball
- 2 Medium/heavy dumbbells
- 2 Light dumbbells
- Large towel
- Plyo-box or low surface to step on
- 2 yoga blocks or books
- Supportive shoes (optional)
