In this 8 week program Maria will guide you through a complete full body strength training program. We will practice common movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, jumping, pushing and pulling. Expect to slowly build in pace and intensity over the course of 8 weeks.
In a true Body School manner, the underlying focus within the programming will be to:
1. respect the natural human asymmetries that we all have
2. foster more balance between the 2 sides of the body by treating them differently
3. respect the human body’s essential need to shift side to side
This is the perfect class if you want to build strength and muscle while also improving your mobility and preparedness for every day life. It's perfect for anyone looking to feel more connected and empowered within their own body.
