Cardio Bike Club - Week 1
Restorative Strength

30m
We're continuing our TBS cardio club: for the next 4 weeks we'll explore the stationary bike. For me it is the best method to get zone 2 (low level) cardio in. We will get on the bike first and then end class with a cool down. The cool down is essential as we tend to overreference our pelvic floor and visual system to hold our balance on a bike. All you need for this class is access to a bike that allows you to change resistance. If you already have a heart rate monitor you can use it in this class but if you don't there is no need to buy one just yet.
You'll need the following items of equipment for the class:
- An exercise bike.
- Supportive Shoes (optional but recommended).
- A heartrate monitor (optional).
