The final week of Run Club see’s us take the penultimate step before we’re able complete a 20 minute continuous run. At this point we’re running for most of the session and really working on being efficient and effective with our effort, dialling in our awareness of how our rhythm represents pace and trying to bring all of the various technical aspects together.
