Week 3: Elevate your push-up game! Quite literally - as we discovered last week, elevating our hands on a high surface allows us to work on building reps and refining the push-up. This week, we're adding a pulling exercise back into the mix. Get ready for a dynamic session of strength-building and skill refinement!
-A Mat
-A rolled up towel
-A chair or kitchen counter
-Two light to medium weights
-A resistance band with door anchor
-A looped resistance band
-A book or very low block you can step on
-An extra block to sit on or low step
-Some wall space
-Optional but highly recommended: supportive shoes
