Arm Farm - Week 4
Restorative Strength
•
51m
Building on the push-up progress from last week, we're taking it up a notch. By integrating pulling exercises I'm planning a dynamic and challenging session! This week, the emphasis is on putting it all together—maintaining a consistent pace with minimal breaks and explanations. TRX recommended but can be done with a resistance band with door anchor and handles!! And don't forget to bring more weight if the floor press cluster felt easy last week.
-A Mat
-A rolled up towel
-A chair or kitchen counter
-Two medium to heavy weights for floor presses
-One or two lighter weights for skull crushers
-A resistance band with door anchor or TRX (if you have one at home)
-A looped resistance band
-A book or very low block you can step on
-Some wall space
-Optional but highly recommended: supportive shoes
