Welcome to the final week of our deep abs class series! You've mastered all the exercises, and now it's time to fine-tune your technique and have some fun. In this class, we'll make sure you leave with great options to focus on in your ab workouts. Let's make those core gains count!
You'll need the following items of equipment for the class:
- A mat.
- Some wall space.
- A towel roll (optional).
- A Pilates ball (or similar).
- A hardback book.
- An exercise band (and anchor point).
- A pair of light weight dumbbells.
- Supportive shoes (optional but advised).
- A straw or kazoo.
- A Gym Ball / Swiss Ball.
- A mini band or tied resistance band.
