Wrists are small little joints but we demand a lot out of them. A lot of the time, these little guys need better movement but also a lot more capacity. In this workout we address ulnar and radial deviation (wrist abduction and adduction) with a focus on building capacity and control in the lateral movement of the wrist. If you have wrist pain or do sports such as tennis, martial arts/grappling, hand balancing, calisthenics or gymnastics then this is a must for you!
