Once we have adequate motion at a joint, our goal is maximum strength and control of that motion. In any kind of non-linear sport (team sports, racket or ball sports, martial arts etc.); the chaotic nature of the sport means you will need adequate hip rotation and then incredible control of that rotation. This class is all about achieving the latter.
