No Chill, No Gains

If this area of our rib cage becomes compressed and tight, it can have many implications throughout the body. So this will be great for anybody who feels especially tight in the mid to upper back, has limited rotation in their trunk or feels like they have a forward head posture.

- A mat.
- Some wall space.
- 1-2 towels.
- A pillow.
- A pilates ball, foam roller (or similar).
- A hardback book.
- A chair, high stool or elevated surface to lean on.
- Supportive shoes (optional but recommended).
