Whether you're working towards getting your first chin up or you're able to smash mutilple reps and sets, a good quality warm up and pre-activation before training Chin Ups and Pull Ups is essential. For those on the early part of the journey this will also work well on building sensation, strength and control in all the correct areas to increase your chances of getting that first rep faster.

A Mat
Some Wall Space
A Pilates Ball or Yoga Block
A Pull Up Bar
A TRX or set of Gym Rings
