K(n)eep you on your toes (29th May)
Kinstretch On-Demand
•
49m
To be good humans, we need to be comfortable moving on the floor. To be comfortable moving on the floor means the joints of our lower limbs need to be comfortable in a lot of flexion. This workout was designed to workout (dorsi)flexion of the toes, ankles, knees and hips in order to have "space" to move easily around on the ground. Unsurprisingly, these joint motions are also important for another pretty human activity: walking/running.
Equipment:
yoga block (ideally 2)
wall/chair for support
pillow/cushion
