Want to get better at scratching your own back? Literally. Being able to reach back and scratch between our shoulder blades requires a decent amount of Internal Rotation and Extension of the shoulder. That can be difficult for some and so that's what we're going to improve in this class. We'll explore how ribcage and breathing mechanics can improve shoulder range of motion. Then we'll use end range strength training to improve our ability to access and control that range. Soon un-scratchable itches will be a thing of the past!

A Mat
2 x Yoga Blocks
Some Wall Space
A Broom Handle (or similar)
A Chair/Stool (or similar)
