hamString Theory (3rd August)
Integrated Strength
•
55m
No part of the body truly works in isolation. In this class we start out by building a good awareness of the pelvis and core. Once we're done with the cooking those hammies we finish off the session with a 4 round finisher that challenges the full body without losing the integration of core and extremities.
Equipment:
Elevated Surafe
Yoga Block (or pillow)
