Week 35 - Neck Focus
44m
If your neck is feeling tense or overworked, this class will be your jam. We will start with our downregulation station aimed at checking in with our bodies, relaxing eyes from computer work and getting our jaws to move. We then proceed to breathing drills aimed at maximising our diaphragm's ability to help us breathe so that the neck doesn't have to. Finally we finish class with movements that get the ribcage moving underneath the neck.
