We are turning up the heat in week 3 of this shoulderblade strength focused class. While the focus is still to sense the appropriate references, we are challenging ourselves a bit more this week by adding slightly more difficult positions to the mix. The focus continues to be lower traps on both sides, left serratus and the right triceps.
Equipment:
-2 Yoga Blocks
-1 Light resistance band attached on a door slightly above shoulderlevel
-1 Dumbbell 1-2 kilos
-1 Pillow
-1 Folded towel
